At Jensen Periodontics we understand that periodontal treatment is an important investment in your long-term oral health. Our goal is to make the financial side of your care as straightforward and stress-free as possible. If you have questions about insurance, payment, or financing, our team is always happy to help.

We work with most major dental insurance plans, including many Medicare Advantage dental plans. If you don't see your insurance provider listed below, please give us a call. We'll be happy to verify your benefits and help you understand your coverage before treatment whenever possible.

Please give our office a call. We work with many insurance plans, including both in-network and out-of-network benefits, and we're happy to help verify your coverage.

Please note: We do not accept Medicaid, and we are unable to bill medical insurance plans directly. However, we're happy to provide any documentation you may need if you choose to submit a medical claim yourself.

Don't see your insurance listed?

Payment is due at the time of service for all procedures.

To make your visit as smooth as possible, we'll review your treatment estimate, answer any remaining financial questions, and process payment before your procedure begins. After your appointment, you can head home to rest and recover without stopping at the front desk.

Your scheduled post-operative follow-up visits are included in your procedure fee, so no additional payment is collected at those appointments.
