We understand that dental procedures can be stressful for some patients.

That’s why, in addition to standard local anesthesia, we offer three types of sedation, so you can feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible during your visit.

Sedation Options:

• Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas):
  A gentle, fast-acting option that helps you feel calm during your procedure. It wears off quickly, so you can drive yourself home afterward.

• Oral Sedation:
  Taken in the office about 30 minutes before your appointment, this medication helps you feel deeply relaxed throughout your procedure. You will remain awake and at ease, and if desired, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) can also be used to enhance comfort and create the most relaxing experience possible.

  A responsible driver is required to take you home.

• IV Sedation:
  A deeper form of sedation, ideal for those with higher anxiety or complex procedures. You’ll feel as if you slept through the entire treatment.

  You must be fasting for 8 hours before your appointment AND a responsible driver is required to take you home and stay with you until the sedation effects wear off.
